Turtle invites

Kelly asked me to create invitations for her daughter's first birthday. She wanted to use a turtle theme and include some photos of the birthday girl. Here's what I came up with:

I also created a matching banner for the mantel:

We did a mini banner for the highchair, too:

And oval labels for the candy buffet favor bags!

Blush + Black Parisian-Inspired Wedding Stationery

Erica & Jim were married here in New Jersey back in the fall of 2012. I had the pleasure of working with Jenny Orsini Events on the wedding day stationery, including church programs, menus, place cards, and table numbers.

This wedding was also featured on the knot:

Diecut blush menus:

Tented placecards have a black metallic base and a blush Eiffel tower accent:

Mini program folded cards (sorry for the bad phone pic!):

Tented table numbers feature a die cut layer with a blush Eiffel tower -- each table was named for a different street in Paris:

Chalkboard Baby Shower Invitations

I've designed a lot of different projects for Amanda over the years, and was thrilled when she asked me to design her sister's baby shower invitations.  She wanted a chalkboard background with a fun use of typography and also wanted to incorporate different pastel colors to keep it gender neutral.

Here's what we came up with:

We included a small business-card sized insert asking guests to bring a book instead of a card to help build up a library for baby:

For the shower, she had a tree illustration and asked everyone to leave a finger print with a shade of green ink to create a cute family tree for the nursery -- here's the sign I created:

Favors were small jars filled with pastel M&M's. The jars had a chalkboard label on the front, so she attached a stick of chalk plus my favor tags on each:

Finally, she had cards numbered 1 - 25 and had guests pick a card at random. If the card you chose was "3", then you'd write a note that the baby would open and read on their 3rd birthday. Such a great idea!

Fairy Birthday Invitations

Scarlett requested a fairy themed party for her 4th birthday. I created these invitations with a fairy silhouette, and incorporated a magic wand into the design as well. We printed them on metallic card stock, and accented each invitation with a layer of dark pink or purple glitter card stock.

Makes me wish I was a little girl again! :)
